Heil Hosts Alabama’s State EV/Battery Team, Local Leaders to Spotlight Northeast Alabama’s Emerging Workforce and Electric Vehicle Sector

Following the plant visit, the group proceeded to the FPCS BEAT Center, where they explored the Electric Vehicle Technology class and the Aviation Technology class. These programs exemplify Fort Payne’s proactive approach to preparing students for careers in high-demand technical fields, ensuring that the local workforce is equipped to meet the needs of the evolving EV and battery market.
